I am very excited to announce that we will be going back to the 2014 CrossFit SoCal Regionals at Del Mar Fairgrounds! This year we will not only be providing food for the die hard paleos and lovers of all things tasty in attendance, but will also be fueling the volunteers while they are moving mass amounts of weight just for the fun of it.
The first two workout releases look brutal and we are excited to be spectators as much as anything else. Can't wait to see everyone there!
