Shallot Mushroom Braised Beef with Spinach and Rosemary-Garlic Sweet Potato Wedges

Shallots are my favorite ingredient. They make everything taste better and give off a great mouthfeel. They pair perfectly with the beef and vegetables here to make for a great dish.
